What you are actually paying for
Pricing here is about as simple as it gets: you rent the bay, not a seat. That is $24 an hour Monday through Friday and $30 an hour on the weekend, flat. Each of the six private bays holds four players, so a foursome splitting an hour is paying single digits a head — and there is no membership to buy, no booking fee, and no minimum spend tucked underneath. Every bay is its own room running Trackman iO, and the whole place sits at 188 Barton St #5, Stoney Creek, ON L8E 4W3. It is self-serve and open 24/7, so you are only ever paying for the hour you booked. Reserve it online, let yourself in, play, and leave — nothing to sign, nothing to commit to past the clock.

How much does it cost to play?
LevelUp charges per bay, not per person. Current summer rates are $24 per hour Monday through Friday and $30 per hour Saturday and Sunday, in effect through September 30, 2026. Up to 4 players per bay at no extra charge. Rates may change seasonally — see the booking page for live pricing.
Do I pay per person or per bay?
You pay per bay, and most bays can accommodate up to 4 players. Bring friends — it’s the same price either way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
Do you offer group discounts, packages, or memberships?
We do not currently offer group discounts, packages, or memberships, but these will be launching soon.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased directly from us directly on our website.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel by contacting support at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
To reschedule, simply cancel a booking and create a new one.
