Pricing that fits your event
Every event is quoted individually, because no two are the same. The price depends on how many bays your group needs, how long you want them, and how much you ask us to handle — a run-your-own-show evening costs less than a fully decorated party with food and drinks waiting when you walk in. Event rates sit above our regular hourly bay rates, reflecting the staff time and extras that go into hosting your group properly. Tell us what you are planning and we will send back a clear, all-in quote — no per-head minimums, no surprises on the day.
How to plan your event
Every event starts the same way: get in touch and tell us what you have in mind — the occasion, the date, and roughly how many people. We will line up the bays around your group and timing, sort out decorations and food if you want them handled, and have everything ready when you arrive.
